I'll speak to my m8's tonight to see if everyone is still up for this. I told them the date donkey's ago, but since we couldn't get a definite confirmation they may have forgotten or made other plans.

I suppose we might be able to get away with a few folk just turning up on the day. I'll give them my sorry smile and everything will be okay.
There are directions to this paintball site on their web page http://www.scottishpaintballcentre.co.uk.
If you're still stuck for diections, we can all meet in the car park of Fenwick Hotel or the Fenwick Petrol Station. That's on the A77 (Glasgow to Ayr road), you can't miss it. We've to be there by 10 O'Clock so we can meet around 9:45 AM? I'll give you my mobile number if you need it, just contact me via e-mail.

It costs £10 (deposit). That'll cover your marker (gun), protective face mask, overalls and gas propellant for all day. So if you decide to pay the deposit(preferably) when you turn up on the day, all you'll be paying for will be the amount of paint you use. It costs £5 for a tub of 50 paintballs and I've actually played a whole day on just 2 tubs. When my brother plays, it feels as if it's raining paintballs!
I would prefer if you didn't just turned up. It causes insurance problems. You're only covered if you've pre-booked your place. Health & Safety regulations state that for every 15 players on the feild, there must be 1 marshal. So the organisers will only get enough marshals for that day. So if you just turned up, there might not be enough marshals and you could get turned away. I don't want you to end up turning up and only to be turned away. That would be outwith my control and the organisers' decision usually is final. If you say you're going to turn up definately, then I can pay your deposit for you.
It's a good laugh and the more the merrier!

I've was off for a few days with the flu after my misadventures last weekend. Anyway, I'm still feeling like cr@p and it's getting worse, so I'll needing to give Sunday a rain-check.
I spoke to my m8's, but since they hadn't heard an exact confirmation before this week, they've arranged other things.
