James - if you want to lose weight - try something like Slimfast. I was quite cynical at first, but it does work with a little bit of discipline. Sal and I both lost over a stone. It is not dramatic weight loss - 2-3lbs a week which is sensible. It is better than not eating at all which won't help. Oh yeah, cut out the beer - especially stouts - frightening amount of calories in a pint!
Me 31, 6ft2, 14 stone (and dropping )
Breakfast: Bowl of cerial with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: Scrambled egg on toast
Dinner: Sainsbury low fat pasta dish
3/4 cups of coffee / couple glasses of water.
All going so well until we decided to go out last night and ended up on a 6 bar pub crawl I won't list my intake as it is all a bit fuzzy and I think I'm still mashed.
