Excellent turn out....hardly a minimeet!!
Good to meet the locals again, and see plenty of new faces.
Liked the variety of cars (I'll gloss over the VWs!);
RS Focus, Skyline, Porka GT2, lots of turbos of various ages with various exhausts/spoilers etc, and of course, a few Sports too.
I'll post some pics soon...

Great turnout
Good to see some familiar faces and some new ones. Shame I couldn't stay for long, looks like I missed some decent motors.

thanks to you all for making me feel welcome on my first meet. I had a really good run over from SK with missyC and rusty-festa. Thanks to you 2 for showing me the way there. You were right about your "sport" rusty, it can shift!
I will definatly see you lot again, not least at the BIG ONE in a few months time.
What did you think of my wing then salsa-king? Was it as bad as you said? hehe.
see you all again, thanks again,
chris.

Casper, this one is especially for you my friend
Really good to meet everyone again but this time to be able to talk with you all and not just look at your cars
Special hello's to SpecialX and crew, thanks for taking the time to talk with me about your RS Focus (I know you had the Sti2 but I did not catch your brother's name ) Hello to Scooby_Si and a to Scooby-Si for not even turning up
Hope I did not make too big an idiot of myself handing out the fliers but I expect a full attendance at the NBO ...especially Trouser's 22B (Complete with stickers )
Sorry if I did not say hello, you will need to make more effort next time
Cheers, Jon

just a thought, but next time you are at a meet, how about replacing your numberplate with a blank sticker. It would save ages for all the guys who post pics on here, hehe.

Was awe-struck as we pulled into the Festival to see so many scoobs together What a great sight... and sound Convoy to Shardlow was Cheers Steve. Hope I can make it over for the Skeggie run
CW & Rusty, thanks for the lovely company there and back A good variety of roads.
(But no thanks for the comment made about one of our Sports that "it isn't even a turbo" durrr... no, it's not. I get where you were coming from Casper!)
Day finished off with a spin over cat'n'fiddle, then looped back over the Snake (had to be done Rusty ) and Strines.
All in all an exhilerating day. Ta! See you all at NBO if not before...

I'm pleased that so many people turned up and that everybody enjoyed the day. Leading the convoy was fun !!
The Festival was ineteresting even though the landlord wasn't too impressed. .
Who knows about the SAXO incident ????
Anyway I will be posting something for meet number 3 very soon.
Watch this space and looking forward to the skeggy run !
