jlanng, try a wide body car with the drivers seat bolted directly to the floor, this drops the seat about an inch. I fit in mine with no problems and in 6.1".

Cheers POC. Am aiming to look at a widebody this weekend - I'm 6'3" ![Frown](images/smilies/frown.gif)
It didn't help that it was a race-chassis - there's an extra bit of bracing in the footwell which meant that I physically couldn't fit my feet in it... The seat was mounted to the floor as well!

Factory Built Westfield ZEi220
My current toy is for sale, one of if not the fastest roadgoing cars in the UK.
Being one of only 14 cars ever made it is a rare beastie, even rarer due to the fact the car has a Cosworth Turbo engine fitted! This is by far the quickest car I have even been in, let alone owned. The cossie engine was brand new when the car was built, serviced every couple of thousand miles, the oil is cleaner than most BBC children’s programs.
The engine has been upgraded to stage 3 specifications and should be producing in the region of 330bhp, couple that with the lightweight dimensions of the car (c.700kgs) and you have a car producing approx 490bhp per tonne!
The previous owners ran a 12.4 1/4mile at 120mph
Engine:-
> 2.0 Cosworth turbo
> Only 13800miles
> Ahmed pectal stage3 ECU
> Green injectors
> K&N Induction
> SAMCO piping
> Custom made PACE charge cooler
> Group A Head Gasket
> Custom made straight through stainless steel exhaust
> 4 Core Alloy race rad
> Bailey dump valve
Suspension:-
> Spax adjustable coilovers
> Willwood 4 Pot racing brakes
> 285mm discs
Wheels and Tyres:-
> 15in Compomotive ML wheels, powder coated black
> 7in wide on front
> 8in wide on rear
> AVON ACB10 tyres (road legal sticky race slicks)
Exterior:-
> Matt black badges
> Matt black 5.5in headlights
> RAC Race approved rollbar with removable stays
> Alloy panel covering bootbox hole, vinal trimmed
> Exhaust heat shield
Interior:-
> Sparco racing gearknob
> Willians 4 point harnesses + Sparco pads
> Racetec 260mm race steering wheel
> Racetec removable race boss
> Blitz DC boost gauge and control box
ICE:-
> err......
Performance:-
> 330bhp
> 490bhp per tonne
> 1/4 mile in the region of 12.4 @ 120mph (on sh1tty tyres)
I have recently spent over £2500 getting the car track prepared and safe. Please do not confuse this with 'normal' Westfield Sei's etc.... this is one of a very limited run of specialist type approved cars, with enclosed bodywork etc, built to a very high standard by professionals, not job bloggs in his garage (not that there is anything wrong with that!)
Bear in mind, this is not for the faint hearted; wheel spin at over 100mph in 5th gear is not unheard of!
Rib crushing performance.
Cheers
Paul
