I own an Octavia RS , live 1 mile from the Rembrant and would be more than happy to take yor mate for a run up to Marlborough Subaru in isleworth.{Dont no if i could blag a spin but its better than nothin}.

That sounds great. Marlborough I am sure would love the chance to welcome Dylan.. Get a digi camera a few good pics and it will make a great post.

The other number for the hotel is 0207-589-8100 and ask for dylan friedmans room.
trip in a p1 would be cool.

a chap from 22b.com took him out today and last i spoke to him he was getting a train back into london and potentially meeting pete to go out in his P1 at about 6 or 7 pm.
but traffic was pretty bad so couldnt be too reckless.

Well, I just want to thank Peter Holt, and Pete, and Anders for today. I had one HELL of a time. Yes, I definately did like the P1. Hehehe. The acceleration was like nothing I had ever seen. And that Scoobysport exhaust, holy jeez. I am now so jealous of you UK owners, I wish I could stay even longer here in London. Beautiful city, and some beautiful people. Again, just wanted to thank everyone involved with making my day. And I thought my 2.5RS was fast, that STi3 Wagon, and the P1 wwould eat my car for lunch 10 times over.

Glad you enjoyed yourself Dylan, next time make sure your here over a weekend and we will endeavour to get you to a scoob meet.

in fact, a few years ago i did exactly that to take some visitors from the i club out that i didnt know as did several others who have long since departed subaru ownership.
if you'd have read i didn't know him, he was a young chap who wanted to ride in something he has never had chance to, thanks for helping and your very useful post jack.

Thanks again to everyone. Luke, Im gonna call the hotel today and ask if they got anything for me while I was in Ireland. I'll have them ship it back to the US if they do. Been ill in bed all week or would have helped out with my P1, not to mention being irish would have given him some tips on some bars to go to!

I didnt know he had posted already on here Luke as i was asked earlier today to try and help out, hence my post.
