Just a quick warning for monday that the M8/A8 roadworks which are at the Showcase Cinema have functional speed camera's (i.e. 2 of the 4 are active - 2 each side). So when you hit the 40 zone - stay at 40.

Really REALLY sorry guys I am going to be late as I have an appointment with the Doctor. Its something quite serious or I would definately arrive on time. Its also a pretty specialist operation and I cant get an appointment with him any other time.

I am sure I will come through the operation a better man so please dont worry for me this Doctor has not had a patient give up on him yet.
