Fuzz,
Try the softer front ARB, and also raise the front pressures (higher pressures don't really work in the same way as stiffer ARB).
I would have also said raise the rear and/or lower the front ride height too, but you don't really have that option.

Pavlo, why would running higher front pressures reduce understeer as surely higher pressures reduce the contact area? I can see it could help prevent the tyre deforming through the corner though. I thought people inflated their tyres on-track to reduce the wear-rate.

I believe the blue one was an R500, which the guy who owned the Noble said was quicker than his M12!
Fuzz, I noticed your brakes when you went onto the track (for your one session
) and thought they didn't look very standard 
- I can see they would be really useful on a track like that which had two pretty large big stops. Your car was well loud, particularly under load - sounded nice
