Its a sad fact in CS these days that anyone who really shines on a server is usually branded a cheat. People dont seem to be able to handle the fact that someone can be a lot better than them without the aid of aimbots and wallhacks, especially when that person is handing them their **** 
The only solution is to go hang out on a top clans server - they will soon know if you cheat or not.
