3 times I've tried to buy this bike from you. I sent two emails offering you £800 and you won't even acknowledge my mail. I know it's the right address as you sent me pictures, when I first enquired.
Whats the story?

Last email I had from you was the one saying that you had bought a lower spec'd bike for slightly less money than my one from a friend of yours.
If you are still interested in this let me know and I will try and find out how much / and how I can send it to you.
Thanks
John

Pff. Clearly nobody wants it, mega_stream, so how about I do you a favour and take it off your hands for £100? I'll even bung in a score to cover the postage. ![Wink](images/smilies/wink.gif)
How much for the forks+brakes?

I'll see what interest there is in the parts first, ideally wanted to sell the whole bike, but the bits on this bike individually to buy cost me an arm and a leg, so I guess I could actually get more than £800 for the individual bits.
The frame alone cost £1200, the forks were £600.
The brakes would probably go with the wheels, I guess £400 for the brakes and wheels, £300 for the forks.
Another £100 gets you the complete bike...

Unfortunately, all of that is still over-budget. Whilst I'd love to have the whole bike, finances are too much of an issue.
How about advertising it on some of the more bike-related places? For example, if you make up an ad with some good photos, send it to me as a PDF, I'm happy to print it out and stick it on the noticeboard at the Hub at Glentress, which would get loads of MTB enthusiasts to see it.

I'll take a rain-check on £750 for the moment, I've advertised it on the MTB sites now.
This bike is well underpriced at £800, look in a bikeshop at the level of components you can get for £800, you'll be lucky to find XT bits. This is FULL XRT with £1200 worth of carbon fibre frame![EEK!](images/smilies/eek.gif)

Sorry £750 is too low for this bike, I wanted 1k for it originally so dropping to £800 is bad enough ![Frown](images/smilies/frown.gif)
For an extra £75 with you could have this sent special delivery to your door and be riding it this weekend.

Hey, m_s, there's a very good chance I'll be selling my X-Type in the next 2-3 weeks, in which case I might be able to sneak a bit of the cash away to have this sucker off you. ![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
If you haven't sold it by then, that is.
