Its not difficult to find cheaper suppliers money, but as i said to you at the time i could purchase from many places at a much cheaper rate, but the idea of committing VAT and import tax fraud just to offer a cheap price doesnt appeal to me.

If a company is prepared to defraud the VAT man what hope has a customer got of not being ripped off.

If by staying as official with full factory backup etc means being slightly more expensive then c'est la vie, we advertise RRP prices because we are honour bound to do so by the uk distributors, but that doesnt mean we don't offer discounts (and in tobys case pretty good ones as ive known him for over 10 years).

Also a little confused by your comment about supplying me products cheaper than i could get them? If that was the case would i not be ordering from you? In reality the 17% you quoted in your email is a loooooooong way short, hence why the conversation ceased and nothing was ordered from you...

Exclamation

TBMeech, you seem to have a grudge against me and im not sure why??!!
Money,

No grudges mate, or none intended, not my intention

First of all I if I had a Grudge against you, why would I apologise to you on the Link Thread???!

As you probably know now, or will do in about 10 seconds lol, BRD will ONLY map their own Link boards, i.e. Supplied by BRD, this is because they are the official importers of Link in the UK - No one else is, now if you had gone to Branko or Bob and said i'm thinking of buying TBMeech's Link can you map it for me please? they would have responded differently, from their point of view there is too many unofficial dealers doing the dodge somewhere and getting Links into the country under their nose, All I said in the Link post was you should have done a little more research into it, that I dont think was an unfair comment and I still don't, at the end of the day YOU posted on my For Sale thread and commented that BRD Would not Re-Map my Link, which was misleading information, it could have cost me the sale but luckily it didnt.

In this post, I wasnt flaming / having a go at you at all, I simply asked you what Warranty etc you can offer as an Individual, It's a genuine legitimate question, now, you've taken it the wrong way and kicked off, I also stated why I would rather buy my gear from somewhere like Peters company, now for another Scoobynetter my reasons could be bollox, thats fine if we were all the same then this world would be a very mundane place, am sorry if my opinion offends you but thats life, I am not out to make your Scoobynet life a misery I have a million and one better things to do than that! - So don't take it the wrong way as no offence was intended
