Croooooosh.
When he puts it on the table. Tell him you saw this awsome trick on TV. Grab his watch and wrap it in a hankie. Then stamp on it several times and tell him that it is OK.
Place the hankie on the table and say some magic words while waving your fingers over the hankie.
Then unwrap the hankie to reveal his shattered watch. Apologise and tell him that you are still perfecting it.
