Its simple, YOU CANT COMPARE THE TWO CARS. There is 20k of a diff in price.
Would you compare 1.1 FORD THINGY TO A SCOOB NO!!!.
You get what you pay for. But pound for pound the scoob has very few rivals....

I agree, You can get a the Sti 8 ppp for say £28k, that would leave you £12,000 spare, only the Evo comes close "pound for pound".
By the way the does the Noble only have 2 seats?

what's written on paper and what happens in real life are, i know, not always the same. but i don't get it on the m3 smashes sti8+ppp quotes.
here are figures from BMW and prodrive official literature and x-ref with evo figures - there maybe some margin of error in the 10ths.
___________sti8+ppp______m3
0-60________4.6__________5.2
0-100______12.2_________12.3
50-70 (4)___3
50-70 (5)___4.9
50-75 (4)________________5.3
BMW is certainly a class piece of kit ... but how can the EVO test (with all the hoo-ha they mad about the accurate telemetry) plus the manufacturers figures be so far out of sync with the real-life comments here ??

LOL@John sti 8
I dont think they are faster than the FQ300 mate. Ive been there and they about the same. The evo wins hands down from a standing start though.
For info purposes my mate has an modded evo 6 RS sprint which is similar to my FQ300 speedwise as we have tested and he had an M3 and actually put about 25-30 Ft on him in a straight line last week.
Just imagine what would happen on the twisties. I couldnt see them keeping up with the evos at all then.
