His Ibiza was the blue Metallic one and was 12th in class (up to 2000 turbo? - he was ID #14) with his best ET of 15.01 and reaction time of 0.05 secs!

Wuz and his brother both have similar plates - one on the scooby one on the Ibiza, hence your confusion.

I was only hitting 1.25 bar yesterday which is the target for a tek2.5 anyway. She did go to 1.31 on the way home when the turbo was getting fully warmed up (3 up so extra load too) but it couldn't make that boost on the strip. In all honesty I couldn't have turned it up enough to make any difference as I think I'd run into fuel cut pretty quick - in short, you had me licked

A powerful, light fwd hatch such as the cup will be within very reasonable distance of a scooby from 60-100 so go bait some

my max boost for the day was 1.5.....

racing the black supra... promptly turned it down after i had a wee ****ter....

about 3/4way down... a loud hissing/whining (oh Oh) but it was just the psgr window slightly open... still ran a 13.2 with braking over the line.. and still won...

roll on the Auto

was doing most my runs on 1.1bar or 1.38 for the scoobs/supra's etc

LOL, the race was originally going to be between your TT when it was standard and my VTS. Had we had it recently it would have been between my non-standard scooby and your non-standard TT

What was the best time you got with it?

Hope you got a fair price btw

Re :"Calum - The Ibiza belongs to my brother and I have the Impreza. His old car may have looked OTT (your opinion only and not the one of a lot of people!) but it was quick!"

I meant no offence by my comment and did say IMHO afterwards.
I actaully thought the car looked smart and was only referring to the tail pipes..........

Cheers

I own the T reg Subaru you raced at Crail on Sunday. In answer to your question no I did not Fluff a gear in our race.It was, however,my first run of the day and I was not giving it absolute death.Except the exhaust my car is standard so I was not surprised that the race was so close, the Clio aint exactly a slouch is it?

I did 5 runs on the day and won 4 out of 5 with a best time of 14.8s (Or 14.4 with RT taken off) which I was pretty chuffed with.

The race I lost was against the Saxo Vts which someone charitably said "Toasted" me (a SHADE unfair....maybe lightly singed!) The car was obviously well fettled and could really shift so fair play to him.

I have only had the car 2 months so there is a load still to do.......I think leaving the passenger out would be a good start!

Cool

Judge, fettled is an understatement You were spanked by the fastest Saxo in the country which is supercharged and has 207bhp at the wheels In short you never had a hope! In fact, it was believed that my 275bhp (ish) UK never had a hope but on the day the Saxo couldn't put the power down and I beat it....phew

Welcome to scoobynet btw and the second your back is turned Sipie and I are after your wheels

Yeah don't go!! Beleive me, I'm sure everyone else will confirm, it will be chock full of muppets and the amount of runs you will get is far lower. Overall a far less enjoyable day!

The guy you raced in the Cup was my bro, he said he gained ever so slightly in 3rd gear, which surprised him! His fastest of the day was 14.8 after the RT was deducted!

Welcome BTW, and nice Scooby you've got there!
