Smile

Sorry guys.....but I still can't get over the sight of the guy in the standard mk2 astra with all the red tape all over it.....

Made my day ......and two class quotes of the afternoon from onlookers ... no names mentioned were:

why didn't he save the £15 fee and go buy himself a better car than that one
Does the timing gear at Crail go into hours, weeks and months

All credit to the guy anyway...he seemed to be enjoying himself and probably saved himself a fortune on consumables

hehehe.... did you take yours Up the 1/4 ???

Still like the fact that i beat a std (i hope for scoobys sake) wagon (UK turbo) up the strip in the bucket.... (which, bizzarly, seems to have had a new lease of life after its pant wetting incident on track)

Cool

Adam

Debated it for about 2 seconds mate, then in view of recent new engine, gearbox and clutch, shoved the £15 back in my pocket and got gleefully sunburnt watching you guys destroy your sheds

Knew mine was faster than Kenny's anyway so had nothing to prove

Adam

Still seemed pretty quick.... although you did have one HUGE cloud of smoke on one of your runs that put a few hearts in mouths...

All seeemed ok on your next run though

gets flames when coming off after hitting the limiter :P

Did some interesting runs too.... like shifting up from 2nd, through 3rd into N, then back down, missing 3rd again and into 2nd, then up to 3rd where i wanted to be ! duh!!!
