I just have to confirm with the Clock that we are ok to meet there due to it being earlier than opening hours. If not the meeting point will be West Park Leisure Centre Car Park, Wilsthorpe Road, Long Eaton at around 10:15
You will all have mail in the next couple of days.
The intention is to meet early and then onto the Seven Mile pub on the A614. From there onto the show if thats what Individuals would like to do. Aiming to get to the show around midday.
The Seven Mile Pub also does food for those that may want to call it a day there.

Si,
The Seven Mile Inn is on the A60 (Mansfield Rd) towards, you guessed it, Mansfield. The address and telephone number is:
Mansfield Road
Arnold
Nottingham
NG5 8PJ
01159 266595
From the M1 Jct 25, take the A52 to Nottingham. Continue along this road until you reach the QMC (Queens Mediacal Centre) roundabout (4th major roundabout/junction), which crosses above the ring road – it’s a huge building on the opposite side of the roundabout to your right. You need to take the left lane here, down the slip road and onto the ring road in a clockwise direction.
Be warned, the ring road has a 40mph limit and numerous SPECS cameras policing it. Continue along this road (dual carriage way) until the end – you should get signs for Mansfield (I think) and pass John Fox Audi dealership on your right (big glass building). At the end, bear left onto the A60. Continue following this road (sign posted) to the seven Mile Inn, which is situated on the left adjacent to a set of traffic – you can’t miss it.

Current theory from the Cov daddy is as per:
"Right as we are all interested in the show how about all meeting at Leicester Forest East service station Northbound on the M1. If we all meet here at least we are all heading off in the right direction !!!
Also we could pick up the likes of Ken and his posse where the
M1 meets the A42, we can bell as we pass and just join on to the convoy
Then take M1 J28 through mansfield A38 then onto A6075 onto Ollerton
How does 9.00am meet up to leave at 9.30am sound ? That should get us to the show around 10am(ish) !!!! You dont have to be there all day and anyone can leave when they want to.
Please post any suggestions that might help on the day.
If someone is willing to bring along a BBQ then we could have some hot/burnt food. Everyone bring their own food and drink though.
I will get hold of the Subaru banners and flag.
"
Any ideas how to best tweak/alter that to the good of all?

Thanks for the info on the Seven Mile pub. I wasn't sure exactly where it was and was working on the info I had at the time of writing.
I will send out an update as soon as I get back to my home email address tomorrow.

Bugger it looks like the Cov massive doesn't have my ability to read maps & wants to stick with the early plan of action which is sadly not near the ellusive 7 mile battle cruiser so i guess we will have 2 meat ya all at the final destination now

Can u give me details of where the meet is in Ollerton ? i have to work Sunday morning, so im hoping to get there around 2ish...that's if your all still there.
And anyone who will be coming along the A52 route (off J25) towards the ringroad, then onto the 7 mile pub,
F.Y.I. there are NO camera's along that section despite what the warning signs tell u. On the ringroad keep it under 40 all the way, cos those eyes are watching u all the way
