Emm...I dont think i did speak to him..i was on a wander for most of the night actually...for the rest of the time i was at the pit wall, blue puffy jacket on.
Was standing oposite Tut when the Westfield shot it's load on the track.

Gza - were you in a Clio Cup ? I was hoping you'd turn right so i could compare straight line distances
Annoyed with myself for not booking in advance - would have enjoyed dicing with the CTRs on the track and the conditions were excellent. Still, there's always a next time
Cheers

James, now that my car is well run in and has the new exhaust fitted I can't hear the change up buzzer Knockhill sounded like a blast, wish I had been there. Oh well I'll have to make the effort for the next one.

Great Idea Marc,
How about you ditch the idea of playing golf on the 24th and make your way and support your new car by pitching up at a scooby event!?????
Sounds like a plan to me mate, look forward to seeing you!

Just signed on to say a big thanks to all the boys, Scoobies and Elises that made Tuesday night at KH such fun.
I was the CTR driver (Black) who didnt have very much tread left on his front nearside tyre after the evening (Although that is with 13,000 miles and 3 trackdays so the Potenzas dont wear too bad then!!)
Was really well-impressed with the Lime green Elsie and Tuts blue number. (Enjoyed the flames flying out the exhaust at the chicane, although, the question has to be asked, Tut,Why were you taking your foot off the accelerator at the chicane ;o)))
Really was a top night with good driving from almost everyone apart from one guy with the red CTR (private reg started with D4) who seemed intent on not letting anyone pass him (He tried to force me off the track going up the start/finish as I went by him!!)
Apart from that, there was some excellent, spirited driving.
Shame there wasnt more Scoobies on track, there seemed to be quite a lot around about it watching though.
The Elises really were in there element, especially the 2 mentioned above, and I just couldnt get the jump on them up the straights, although through the corners it was close ;o) (Maybe hope for a bit of rain next time to give us FWD cars a chance;o)))
Top night, once again , thanks to all for making it such a good one.
PS
Skyenet, can you get in touch with me regarding the video you took whilst in the CTR, I was the black one you followed out of the pits, would like to see how I was doing.
PPS
If any of you guys was the Elise (possibly blue)that I pulled in front of at the hairpin, sorry, but due to brake/brain fade and someone braking ridiculously early for the chicane in front of me, I ran out of road and had to pull over to the right to stop me ploughing into the 2 cars in front, I saw a bit of tyre smoke from you in my mirror and thought you handled it really well, top marks for control under heavy braking ;o)
Once again, sorry !!
Good forum also, keep up the good work

Not sure if this is you taken from Tut's car.
Probably the easiest thing to do with the video for me is just to copy the whole DV tape (with some minor editing first I reckon) onto a VHS on for you. I had about 15 to 20 odd minutes each with Ian in his CTR, Tut in his S1 and Uldis in the Exige plus about 3 laps at the very end in the 340R. E-mail me at Iain@skyenet.freeserve.co.uk and I'll see what I can manage.

That cant be me as I would never pass on the left hand side ;o))))
(Yep, that looks like me, I vaguely remember someone leaning out of TUTs car and filming me, as he flew past, just after Clarkes)
Personal email on the way!!
