I think that there is a little too much definition there for my liking, I like to see a toned well looked after body but lets face it if she were wearing a dress and had a decent enough personality I dont think many would complain.

As Defiant says we both go to the gym but I think that the arnie look is too much I'm looking for more the weslie snipes type.
Again I was the Fat Kid at school and did loose alot of weight but being an endomorph its damn easy to pile the pounds back on.

I too admire women who look after their body but they can go too far, Defiant would find the more musculsr women attractive where as I would go for the slightly less defined look.

As Defiant stated it doesnt take long before results start to become visable but believe me once you get started on this its a full time job. I was going to the gym way before Defiant and had a body which I was pleased with, I then gave it up for about a year or so while defiant started. I look at defiant now and wonder how I would be looking if I continued to train. Defiant is a big chap, I'm not looking to be as big as he is but now I'm going with him he realy pushes me, I didnt think that I could lift a certain weight(impossible for me ) but Defiant assured me I could and what do you know I could.

I would definately get someone to go with you and make sure that they make the commitment, myself and Defiant are very compeditive which is good for both of us when training.

End of the day though train to the point where you feel good about yourself and then maintain that stature.

Cheers
Daz

I second the hard to maintain profile!

I used to weight train 5 times a week and had what was IMHO a good profile, I was happy with it until I sustained an injury from refereeig which involved ripping both ligaments in my knees.

After that I struggled to get back into the routine...a car accident resulting in a severe back injury put a complete stop to my training.

However, I have maintained good muscle definition in my legs, but my upper body - back, pecs, tris and bis are very much lacking and the muscle is all but gone.

I am intending to get back into the swing of things with a home multi-gym, but nowhere near as much as I was doing. My main aim as I have said before is my stamina in order to referee football matches efficiently.

Don't be fooled folks - she'd turn up late at the gym every time when I didn't collect her, then spend most of the session spraying me water

I am talking about before I started going to the gym with someone who wanted to spend more time arsing around.

Back in my college days. Pre-Scoobynet days.

I don't bother with the gym....the only pounds I'd lose is the feckign membership fee

I find carrying two cases of 24cans of Stella from the checkout to the car is good exercise.......if I want to have **** I'll have a sex change

beer is good

I like my women tall, slender, not muscly, not skinny, but not fat either.

The woman on page 1 is grossly muscly, and the Sex in the City woman is far too spindly thin.

ScoobyWon't, I'm no where near that big although I wouldn't mind I think Arnie had some synthetic help if you know what I mean.

As for cutting down, it depends on what your doing and the kind of results you want to achieve. I'm very much into size and strength. My target weight is around 15 stone (at 6 foot), once I reach that mark i'll concentrate on toning and maintaining.

I lift heavy weights at 8-10 reps per set with light cardio work. I train 4 days a week for 2 hours at a time on each major muscle group, Back and Bi's, Shoulders and Tri's, Legs and Chest. I find it works for me and my friends who train with me. Daz WRX is my current training partner and is he's starting to see results. I'm an endomorph body type so putting weight on isn't hard, it's the toning

I'm guessing that your looking for a good combination of size and toning and depending upon your body type 16 hours might be reasonable. It's really what works for you.

she is too muscled for my liking.

I much prefer bigger on top ( . )( . ) , and less muscle all around. In my eyes, women look better toned rather than muscled.

I think athletic women look very attractive. I like muscles on women. I find some of the steriod monsters who compete utterly bizzare looking, but yes the woman in the picture looks great IMHO.
