i mean the macaroni's soggy the peas are mushed

Do you remember another film/documentary, cant remember the title but its sub-title was 'a hip history' and it had soulsonic force, cool dj herc, all about how hip hop started in the bronx and some great tracks (Wild style by time zone for one!) it was on TV years ago and I remember seeing the vid ina vid shop but doing a search on play/amazon comes up with nothing
