didn't do too bad last night 3 smalish glasses of red and a can of Grolsch
was more than I was planning but a good mate had loads of redundancies yesterday and put me on edge as I may be walking the plank soon too

Zero, well done. Remember to "fight the good fight", if you stray from the path thats OK, forgive yourself ; no guilt please.
Suggest that you talk to a really good friend about how you feel and ask for their support. Good friends will always help and tell you how you are doing in an honest way.

It's not how much you drink, but whether you need what you do have.
I used to live with a girl who had a drink 'problem'. You don't have to be getting pi55ed every night to have problems.
It does help though...
