Blimey, I went in that very car. The guy at GrayHart kindly took me out for a spin in before selling it. I was interested in buying but was beaten by someone else.
It was the quickest car I've ever been in too!

Sorry to resurrect this thread but just wanted to pass on my simpathy.

I know how it feels because mine was stolen at Xmas. Luckily I got it back. But now sleep with one eye open.....

We need to put a stop to these scumbags.

That is a shining example m8, ******* wnakers bsat**ds *****, ohh makes my blood boil,

I would from now on start taking precautions if any of u are selling ur scoob.

When people ring up to view the car, ask them to bring along there ID driving licence and note down their name and address, if there a genuine buyer they won't mind.

Never tell them what alarm system/ tracker u have on the car untill its sold.

Borrow a mates big dog if they have one just for show to un nerve the wnaker thats only come to sus the lay out.

Note down details of what car thay arrive in.

and any other stuff u can think of,
oh yes leave ur double barrelled shotgun on display along with ur machete and axe.

Just joined and did a search for my old car and unfortunately found this thread, I know I'm a bit late!!

I bought this car new in August of 1998, the thieving toe rags tried to have it away three times in the three years I owned it. As Scubbidude says it was an awesomely quick car, a lot quicker than the 22B Type UK I bought several years later. No mention if it was found, I hope it was as it was a great car
