266bhp, with 244ft/lb torque. I am a happy bunny mate! However, I have also started to get lots of overboost, so I have to look at getting the ecu re-mapped now!!Still, at least 300 is not so far away now

Hey hey people. its my first post. Great day it was as well. I managed to get the diablo on camera hairing it around and the two evo's doing a launch, skyline & Rx7 pissing up the road. all good fun.
10 Bhp to be added onto dyno was only for front top mounted intercooler cars. The fan was blowing up to 55mph of air, the car is tested to around 100mph, plus as it is top mounted and not as efficient with the fan, that discrpency crept in as well. As quoted by the technical bod at G-force.
What a day!!!

Hi Tim, when we had our heads in your engine bay, it was spotless, how did you get it so clean?.....especially the red crackle.
Is it just elbow grease or have you cleaned it with some product, if so what?
Cheers

I use a product called Multiclean (and a jetwash!) and Mark Underwood supplies it and stuff called protectant to.....well, protect it!
Email me and I'll pass on his details.

Cheers Tim, I have his details already, now i've seen the results with my own eyes it looks like a good buy. Have used CD2 from Halfords on my partners Corsa (guinea pig)and was satisfied with the results but not convinced.
What bits of the engine did you cover up?
How 'rough' did you jetwash the engine?
Regards

None, wetted the engine then sprayed on the multiclean. went for a cup of tea, then rinse off viscously!
Go for a drive to "dry" the engine. Wait for it to cool a bit then add the protectant with a sponge.
Job done

Gotta agree....... That multiclean and protector are fabulous products..
1992 Legacy (11 years of dirt and grime)
Followed the instructions!!
WOW!!
Was a bit weary of jet washing the engine, having heard 'what can go wrong' but nothing went wrong!!
Water went everywhere.....
The only thing is.... be careful not to jetwash the stickers off the metal filler caps.....
Moved the nosel around and one 'blew off'....
I couldn't beleive how easy the dirt came off!!
When I applied the product and came back after a period of time there seemed to be a 'scum' formed.... apply the jet wash and hey presto..... gone!!
