I haven't responded because this thread is just going round and round in circles. I'm bored of it now.
Some people hope they can persuade the lawyers to abandon the case, which is very unlikely considering the money involved. Others hope that politicians can intervene and sort the mess out. Fact is that neither of them seem bothered by it, and are unlikely to do anything, regardless of any amount of correspondence from the likes of us.
Lawyers are mostly greedy (can't really blame them when they're on to such a good deal) and politicians are generally the same - liars. We can all stand up and vote for the opposition at the next election, but let's face it - not a great deal will change.

I have won the arguement because you are left with nothing but insults... I started with an insult or 2 to help you see sense and get the debate going... you use them as desparation because you hate to have been to be so shallow... you now all seem to say 'I'll do anything to protect my property' to which I have said 'Fair enough' but the debate and my disgust is about stopping or trying to prevent one of these dreadful people using my tax money to sue the other... I pointed out and have won the arguement that only complete fools do that sort of thing... and deep down all here now know that I was right from the start... your anger was/is aimed at the wrong target... that is stupidity and worse still it is even stupider to have argued against me in that matter... There I really have won this arguement hands down...

I have slightly more 'moderate' views than many here... but all the time I and others like me know how to use the system you and the others here will have no influence whatsoever... I have pointed this out... if those here had real anger not just a 'whinging whining grudge' then you will all do something more useful than threatening a 'functionary' of the system...
Humans are not rats... the 3rd Reich portrayed the Jews and Gypsies as rats, such 'dehumanising' is a good way of finding an excuse to kill without conscience.
What you type Luke is an awful indictment of you and your thinking if you dare call it that.

Re-read my text and you will be able to put your point to not just a Politician [local MP] but also the body that can throw this out in with a single stroke of a pen... I spoke to that dept at 10am today... they had received just 4 e-mails on this 2 of which were from me... the decision to proceed is just 1 day away... and because you are all hopeless it seems likely that my money is going to be wasted...
This is going round in circles... you all seem to have wasted a 'golden opportunity' to kill this before even more is wasted on it... and some wonder why I think so many of you are stupid...

Mycroft, are you posting from the confines of a mental institution?? I live very close to Newbury and cannot think of any homes that would admit someone with such an obvious mental disorder! Where are you posting from?? Street and House Number will do nicely
