Cheers dood! Forgot to add that the promax stuff tastes completely bland on its lonesome. I'm used to the sweet goodness of Nitrotech. This Promax stuff is Die Hard...I like it!

its taken a year but finally put on a stone now 14.4
Lifts have doubled, just the constant slog on keeping it up.
