I am genuinely sorry to hear this, by my folk i take it you mean UK Asians or Asians and Muslims worldwide, it does not matter to me. From my POV it has not and will change how i feel towards anyone and i harbour no grudges or deep seated hatred or distrust at all except for the terrorists involved.
You cannot blame a country, population or religious group for what a few extremist nut-jobs have done. Whilst i do not know the Koran in depth i understand it does not teach terrorism or taking of innocent lives.

I haven't accused anyone of racism- directly or indirectly- that's just your take on my posts. I asked a sincere question- if you were a racist would you be man enough to admit it? That isn't the same as calling anyone a racist. Your opinion on that issue isn't based on the facts of what I said merely your reading of it, which says more about what's going on in your mind than I ever could.

As for your football analogies about red cards I think that demonstrates your mentality pretty well, along with the childish name calling you seem to rely on in place of any kind of cogent argument.

May I be of assistance on getting things back on track!

You can solve the immigration problem quite easily but the government are to scared to try due to the dodgy area of Political correctness.

Do what (I think and may be corrected) the Australians do.

House those with Education,skills and qualifications in a fully furnished holding camp for upto a year. Such people like Doctors, accountants and manual skilled engineers that we have a shortage of.

In this time they can be educated as to the way and customs of the country and taught other skills and we will have the oppurtunity to then check the background of each applicant and find employment and suitable accomidation for them.

They will then be subject to a higher tax in return for citizenship gained in a 7 year period. Any breaking of the law or deviation from rules set will result in instant dismissal from the country subject to appeal.

A justifiable hard line approach can then be taken against anybody else 'seekin asylum from imaginery bogeymen' and a greater acceptance of legal immigration could be built on.

These are just my thoughts

Anybody care to comment?

Oh and lets leave the race-cards out of it... I am a first generation Black-British Ex-Army tax-payer.

As far as I'm aware this thread isn't about the "immigration problem" but asylum seekers some of whome may be bogus.

Immigration is a related but entirely different issue.

As far as I can see the problem is one of people's perception of the problem rather than the reality of the situation. I just don't believe that the asylum seekers are the problem themselves. Rather the problem lies in the attitude of the people who caused the riots.

If they were Welsh then the should be charged under the Law of England & Wales and face the consequences.

If they are 'Asylum seekers' then when in Rome and all that... They should be tried and if found guilty charged and removed forth with from the country having had DNA and fingerprints taken for records. No question, no appeal. Goodbye.
