Our baby boy arrived in Jan this year, and Porsche do not manufacturer an under 9 month baby seat for the rear of the 993.

Also I am in IT sales and in the current economic climate it was not the best car to be turning up to new customer meetings in

A bright yellow S4 Avant seemed much more subtle!!!!!

Jeff, you should've said - we could've re-conditioned your turbo's, fully rebalanced, etc..

I'll let you off (this time)

steering racks, driveshafts, turbo's, etc, for the likes of BMW Motorsport, ProDrive, Privateer Rally Teams, you name it

We;re even doing chrome plated / color-coded for the fast & furious crowd!

You may as well fit the bigger blowers as its out, also get the clutch changed and any other servicable part that requires an engine out.

That is a phenomenal wedge of torque. What RPM does it come in at?

Sorry John... I misread the readings...

The torque is 473.9 (642.6Nm) at 3257 rpm.

Between 2.5K & 6 it's above 320 lb/ft & above 400 between 3-5K

That's nice.

Looks understated, which can only be a good thing.

And a corner too.

The RS4 actually has different (Cosworth) heads and different intercoolers to what the S4 has. If I changed the Intercoolers it might be possible to get to 410 ish but the heads are the limiting factor now (along with the fuel system).

The torque is quite something....! The car is very very quick from any revs/any gear....as someone said....nice !

The standard transmission can cope with the increase....obviously you can't side step the clutch at 5K and expect it to stay in one piece.......but in 'normal' driving it's not a problem.
