The old 'World Headquarters' club in Newcastle is open on Saturdays and its free for Goths. Its to try and stop them from hanging around Old Eldon Square!

I was a goth when I was 16 and at college. I then realised I looked like most of the other students so I grew up and started dressing normally!!! No more of that silly makeup that took ages to do every morning!
Still like some of the music and actually still like the look, just too high maintenance for me!! If I wasn't a 30 year old mother I'd probably start dressing like it again cause there aren't any round my area!!!

SJ_Skyline, Mayfair got pulled down a few years back. Its now called 'The Gate' full of bars, restaurants and an Odeon cinema
Only decent club in town is the 'New World Headquarters'

that place was steeped in history
Lots of bands have played there in the last 25 years.
Sodding dance floor was well slippery though!
