What my post tried to indicate (obivious poorly) was that having the tyres rebalanced would hopefully elimate the possibility that they were balanced incorrectly, and that if the problem persisted then the tyre not being round was a further possible solution.

Not that rebalancing would cure the tyre of it's mishape - although, I'm sure if you put a big enough weight opposite the flat spot enough to make it jump accross this section without touching the floor then it could work but it's a long shot
