Windows, jsut a thought. What about we have a excel proforma and everyone gives their credit card details.

I had one for the Knocklink group buy which i organised for BR Developments. They didnt want 20 odd people ringing up. So i made up an excel sheet proforma, sent it to each member of the group buy which they sent back to me (it had card details, delivery details, phone number if problem etc).

So one person collects it, then sends an email to Gruppe S with all details (BR Developments told me to fax it to them so this is another alternative).

Could be easier than everyone ringing up?

I just wrote an email to Gruppe-S (sales@... address) to get confirmation about he equal/unequal length question. I'll let folks know what the answer is. I didn't ask about gaskets, blanking plugs etc.

Regarding the heat-wrap - perhaps this is obvious - but it would make sense to ship that to the same place as the headers. That way headers + wrap could be despatched togather to reduce shipping costs.

Here are some coments on how they sound once fitted to the car.

Clicky

Sounds good to me!!

Quote from one of Nezz's post's earlier in this thread..

"The headers are hi-flow unequal length, the design being based on the HKS items. I spoke to a customer in Greece at the weekend (the only one of our customers to have done a before and after power plot) who claims 15% extra torque all the way thru the midrange and nearly 10% extra bhp at the top end, remapped but with the same boost level as before."

This was the response from Impreziv when I enquired about them a while ago. sounds worth it to me
MONEY, that's probably a better idea, rather than us all calling the states

We still need one more?

Grupppe-s want it delivered to one address, it will also save us money.

The spread sheet idea is fine with me (if a bit unsecure) and I do not mind doing it but as for reciving and shipping them out I may have trouble cuase it woul dtake so much time of which I will be highly frowned upon by mangaement.

Cheers Money, got the spreadsheet.

What do you think Nezz?
Might be best if you e-mail the sheet over to Gruppe S seing they are keeping in touch with you quite well via e-mail?

I could probably handle the logistics side of it, but we can discuss that once we've got our 10!

If you don`t get blanking plugs, and assuming they`re the right size, TSL are flogging blanking plugs

Looks like this may run over the 10....

Would they be interested in a two part group buy. I can wait over a month till they have some more in stick, that's not a problem. Would they give a better discount for 15 units (or maybe even 20 the interest these are getting)?

Tony.

I can wait as well. I'm going to have one of these headers, but even if it were delivered with a week or so, I wouldn't have it fitted immediately.

If there are better discounts avaiable for orders of >10 units, I'd say wait. If the discount cannot be increased - go for the ~10 units that they do have now.

CONFIRMED BUYERS...

Nezz10
MONEY
Big Bear
Chrome
Windows
WUZ
Abbylad
The Dark Force
Fangoria

Fatman - removed for second group buy.

These 10 are for this group buy. All others will now have to wait until the next batch is ready.

I say 10 cause this is all I have reserved. I will now phone Max at Gruppe-s to see what the score is.

Neil.

As long as you have 10 buyers I am sure the price will remain the same.

No joy from Gruppe-s on the phone so mailed them the current details and questions, will keep trying.

Chrome, i dont think POC will help with this.

I use the same supplier as POC (he told me to go to him. lol) and i dont think he does Gruppe S headers - he really deals with Hks and Blitz.

Spoke to Impreziv and he said that we are getting the prices way cheaper than what he gets them for!!!

So looks like we have a good deal.

Any idea how long it would take to get to us?

LOL @ Any idea how long it would take to get to us

I've heard these can ship in 3 days, but that was for a single order of one!
We can get an ETA from Gruppe S when we are paying for them

Guy's I need someone to pay for mines with their credit card please. Will send a cheque to you tonight
(Don't have a credit card and don't want one!!)

I'm sending all confirmed buyers of this group buy an e-mail now for address details etc.....
