Hi peebs,
Sorry been so quiet for a whilst, had a lot on at work
an a few probs with "big red" to sort out
Anyway, meeting with Knockhill Mon / Tues this week to see exactly what facilities will be available on the day. Then flyers printed and sent out to regional organisers the next day. BTW could all regional organisers who are to be in attendance please mail me their snail mail addresses, so we can post them direct to you for distribution in your areas. ATM we are waiting confirmation of the group N rally car attending (which we`re to have a raffle for pax laps in) also 4 x 4 and use of the karting facilities to be confirmed at meeting.
Times confirmed between 08:00 and 13:00 (unfortunately couldn`t get the full day as there`s XR practice or something on track in the afternoon) but hey how much phun can we cram into 5 hours
Talking to local newspapers ATM and trying to get on of the mags (which i`m doing a favour) to show a face
Full update will be available right after the meeting with Knockhill. So keep your eyes peeled.
BTW anyone who wants track time please contact john@sidc.co.uk for information and costs of track time.
I`m going to restart the attendee list as the time is now getting real close (13 days to go) so please post up on the attendee thread http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/threa...hreadid=245400if you are comming, thanks.

now don't get this wrong. but Corpulent Tosser may have a small point. if you make it a donation min of say £10 that would be okay. but if you say you must pay money to get pax laps. then legally that come under the "Hire or Reward" part of most insurance policys espcially if something happens. It would not mater that the driver is not getting the money. it that the passanger has had to pay for it. so making it a min donation to said charity would get round that. you could still give out the wrist bands. as a show of support for the charity.
Me personally I will be there, and I'll bring a pal. all in the name of charity.
Make that 4 pals no. and a brill idea for the wrist band dougster. every one a winner of pax laps. just put a number on them.
