looking around £300pcm to rent and between £25k and £40k to buy somewhere to doss during the week

Went and had another look around Salterbeck - seems an OK area...some kids came up and asked for a go - naturally I obliged before realising that here was some strange man offering young boys a lift don't think I'll be doing that again, just in case

Are you sure this aint yours Gussy? I was expecting a note on my windscreen but alas, none. Thought your Lady may have been driving without you and so not noticed as "all scoobs look the same"

I see the Gun shop has also got one - sorry if I'm hijacking your thread Mark

Salterbeck?

you fancy replacing the alloys with bricks then eh?

House prices in W. Cumbria are still rising - try somewhere like Seaton, Maryport, Dearham, Broughton (Not Broughton Moor!) or if you're feeling a bit flush - somewhere around Cockermouth, it's only about 7 or 8 miles out but the A66 road is usually quite fast flowing.

Is that how you spell Wrynose not exactly suitable road for a run, unless we did a night time stage

Talking of nightime stages, anyone coming to watch the Morecambe Road Rally? Think it starts at 10pm on Saturday 16th August and finishes at 5am Sunday 17th August...will try and get more info and maybe start a new thread

Cheers for mail Steve, YHMB

Will be @ Sportsman on Wednesday, hopefully buying the drinks

So who's coming to the meet tonight then?

Will we be getting details of the route or do we have to wait until Sunday?
