But it aint a 2 litre - if aint dont beat Harvey's I'd be amazed

Should be over 501 bhp at least

Given Calder performance got 505 on a 2.2........... - who are Calder Performance???

See people at about 11.30ish................

Andy:It has been going to appear since Well Lane 1V and even if the "monster engine" turns up tomorrow at W.L. V1 it will not have more bhp than my venerable little two litre and I will put money on that if you wish.

If a 2.5 litre doesn't beat a 2 litre then its wasted imho, should get at least 560 bhp and 540 ft lbs.

Going 2.5 should take you a class above a 2 litre and then some, 500 bhp and 400 ft lbs is getting to optimum on the 2.0 litre front given "we" are limiting boost to 1.8 bar.

So ... await results with great interest, assuming David T runs that is, and I hear Mark Aigin (Lateral Performance) may also run ?

all good stuff

BTW ... thinking ... Is David W running, cos that would make three 2.5 litre cars, how about John banks's 2.3 litre, thats been quiet for a while ?

Hello girls...

Im not running as Ive got a missfire and helping steven try and finish his house (see diy forum)

And incase my engine has changed it was a 2.33 last time I checked..

Im not in a hurry to get it sorted at the moment either..

I also intend to pull the engine out to change a couple of things too..

Ie.. having supposedly (sp) fixed the power steering leak.. just after starting the car smoke comes from up-pipe / lower turbo area..

Taking engine out is easiest way of now accessing this area.. It will also let me sort out the leak on the rocker cover, which I suspect may be the front cam cap..

I also intend to change the cam timing (ie fit a set of vernier cam pulleys) and also relocate the oil fiter and possibly fit an oil cooler.

Anyway no.. not running, should be there for a laugh though.

Rich any chance you or the ppl on the rollers could put the results up in order that they run? I presume the order was the list on previous posts.

Darren

Sorry I didn't stay long but a young lady dicided to drive into the side of me on a roundabout. I did still come down but just didn't stay long.
