Absolutely...
They consciously avoid using it!....
If you have worked on Subaru's then you would have found that you do not need a 13mm spanner or socket in your tool box, they use plenty of 12 & 14mm headed bolts, but you will never find a 13mm that has been fitted by the factory
There have been no "limited edition" models produced that contained a car numbered as 13.
Even Prodrive were restricted by Subaru's superstitions... When they were building the world rally cars for Subaru and the Grp n cars for the public they used a numbering system to denote which model year they were, i.e S8, S9, S10 etc (for wrc) & N8, N9, N10 and so on (for grp N). They reached S12 & N12 in 2006, but when the 2007 cars were produced they were coded as S12b & N12b cars. They then jumped to S14 & N14 in 2008.
Now thats what I call superstitous

Thanks for that. I have always wondered why wasn't there a N13 or S13.

Yes I met Ryan Giggs in his at the dealers many years ago now. He was picking it up from a service and we got chatting while we were waiting to pay. Thing is I don't follow football and back then had not a clue who he was LOL! He never once mentioned it either, we just talked about Scoobs. He was well into them back then. After he had gone I asked the service manager what you had to do for a job to afford one of them.... that was when he through muffled laughter told me who he was! Doh!
