Some Quick "Atkins" advice please..

Go buy the Atkins book mate and have a read, it sounds a bit OTT to start with but you get accustomed to it. I have been doing it for 2 months now and lost nearly 3 stone with no bad side affects at all.

Scooby96, that's why i said "more or less" eliminating. I know about the 20g thing.
The Atkins has been around for ages, it's just celebrities who have brought it back into focus. And yes, these are mostly experts' predictions rather than proven facts, but as a list of predictions, they're not exactly a winning combination are they...?
