Just for interest. I just bought Pug 1.9 Gti - Ltd addition in v.dark met green. Full leather, elec windows, remote centrl with cat 2 alarm/imb, 4 new rad tyres, go faster pipe, induction kit otherwise standard, not a jot of rust anywhere at all, totally unmarked and no cracks in leather, 90k miles, alloys in fair cond, sunroof, FSH book all stamped and every receipt ever, stereo, mot, the guy at the garage where I just got it serviced (205 specialist) says its ace - cost me £900, chuffed. May not be Scooby but still goes great and bonkers round the bends

yeah its quite a way.

Can understand what you mean.

Best thing to do is to have a chat with Phil, as he is now handling it for me.

He knows more about the car having worked on it. He has also seen it more recently than I have since he took possession of it when I bought golf to replace it.

Pictures have been up there, but I suspect either david wallis' site is down or he has erased them.

I hope its the former and not the latter!

will email him.

My brother lives in Chatham so i might be able to convince him to come have a look for me ......

Look im of to see this other one in 30 minutes......before i go mail me on Gary_kinghorn@stannah.co.uk with the lowest you want for the car.I aint gonna get myself all the way to you or get me bro to come if we aint gonna get anywhere near a price. However if we can get somewhere near a price and the one I look at tonight is bad then it might be worth a trip.

Mail me off line in the next few mins before I go.

Adam,

Car I went to look at tonight was a dog, i wouldnt give him £100 for it.

What does you car run like? I'm interested in a car with a good strong engine. That is more important to me than the body.

If I were to say I would come to see you , a 130 mile each way trip and your car runs as good as it looks in the picture would you consider £100 less than your e-mail proce to me? It would be Cash and out of your hair

Thats got to hurt,

you should take it out and stamp on it, dowse it, then put it back in.

This car owes me £1400,

I have dropped £400 on it to sell it, am not going to lose another £250 just because your pocket is on fire.

sorry,

salt works if you can't find water.

90k miles.

immaculate bodywork

electric windows

no power steering (still light except when parking, with great steering feel).

lots and lots of history, probably about 8 months tax and mot left!

4 new tires

excellent condition half leather interior

clifford alarm with central locking and window lifts.

clifford virtual key immobiliser (thatcham)

immaculate 1.9 gti alloys with a refurbed matt finish.

No sunroof.

Momo competition steering wheel but standard one currently in boot!

Uprated brakes (think they may be black diamond drilled discs but not certain.

Uprated stiffened shocks - like a go kart!

These both came with the car so I am not certain of what they are, all I know is that it handles incredibly!

£1000

email adam@22b.com

contact Phil on 07977 224348

car is in rayleigh, essex
