Where you live?
how many owners?
how long on tax and mot?
Mileage? Do you have docs to prove it?
How much history? Subaru?
What mods and all details of?(make, who done them etc?)
What psi boost you been running?
What Security its got and have got docs to support?
History show any repairs major or not, and what?
Honest condition?
Ever used on track days, any motorsport or similar?
Why selling?
What other work done? why and who by?
Cambelt changed when?
At what mileage is oil changed?
Ran on what type of petrol and what oil used?
What exterior and interior mods?
How much yo asking?
And any more details.

Good news is........... car is now sold 
Bad news is...........sorely tempted with an STI V5 now!!!
Must resist the temptation as that doesn't really help the situation but only time will tell
