Im fairly well paid and got lucky with my first house, made 20k on it in 1 year sold up paid off debt and got a bigger house, we have an 82k morgage now which is killing me at the mo. really need to get a better interest rate to afford the payments but tied into a cr@ppy thing. this costs me the best part of £550 a month. we have now made knocking on for 40k in profit since november on this new house so I am really chuffed with that, I fell lucky when buying our first house but Im years away from being able to say I have made a fortune from property some people are just lucky begger, I saw the 1 2 weeks ago when the guy bought that plot off land off some1 and built his own house for about 300k, some1 kncoked on his door not so long ago and offered him 1.5million for it. lucky barsteward

Be ready to pack up and move at the drop a hat make the house so people can move straight in buy a house which needs a fair bit of work but not majot just what the avergae person can't be arsed doing!

Worked for me 22 straight out of Uni bought a reasonable dump for £32k! Then moved 7 times in as many years. Now got a £275k house which is just gone on the market and have had alot of interest in!
