i think it will fit a 95, best do a search on here all the same. as far as i am aware the mechanism that contins the QS doesnt change from year to year: its merely a sprung ball and socket joint, standard to all subaru imprezas. im sure a search will answer this for you, usually does: this place is great like that IMHO.

dont know about price at the mo, i have a couple of folk interested in the car and id like to offer it to them first as i advertised the car with the spare QS included in the first instance. it would be unfair not to i think. However, if the eventual buyer doesnt want to keep some bits and pieces for whatever reason ill post again and pm you and we can talk again. a great number of folk have already enquired about it offline along with the wheels, the ECU etc etc so i have to give first refusal to the chap that asked about the QS first, but i shall keep you all posted, honestly, and as soon as i can. hope thats okay mate.

best wishes all, thanks again for your interest.

matt b.

a short note just to say that my car is still for sale, even after someone hapless, in-bred half-wit tried to scam me out of it yesterday with a forged check (different name to the one he was using, not to mention different sex to the one he was currently using) who then got quite "cross" when i said that hed have to wait for it clear before he could take the car. i just love all this, dont you?

best wishes to all of you with real names and appropriate gender organs,
matt

FOOKING SHOCKING MATE!! Did you inform the police?
I would have got my two policeman mates round and that would have scared the **** out of him! Starting to think it's not worth the hassel of selling my own car! I would love to buy your motor but not at this moment. Looking to buy Jan Feb next year. Good Luck Mate

Regards Craig

thanks craig. i did phone the police, and shock, they werent even remotley interested. i even offered a decent description but they said, and youll like this, "likely he would have changed his appearance at the time he visited, so any description would be fruitless". youll forgive me, but isnt extensive rhinoplasty going a bit far for an afternoons work? sooo glad the council tax has gone up this year, ive finally got to see all my hard earned green in action.

of course, if hed been speeding or one of those other heinous evil, malevolence packed crimes thered have been a squad car, a riot van and armed dogs here in seconds. right rant ends before my blood actually boils.

people. youve got to love them.

best,
matt

hey, its just occured to me that they might have a point: i didnt really think about it at the time but that tam o'shanter, orange wig, groucho marx nose/ glasses/ moustache combination might, just might have been a trifle suspicious... not to mention the black and white stripey jumper and bag marked swag. suddenly, the mist clears.

best,
b, much calmer today

thanks Catalunya, thats very kind of you to say. i really think its worth every penny,if not more and lots of people have echoed that, but perhaps i have priced it wrong cos i seem to be getting an awful lot of major time wasters of late. or is the standard experience for selling a scooby?

anyway, its off to the autotrader tommorow (pause for shudder to go down spine) so i guess all the tyre kicking and time wasting will be a good grounding for whats to come. shame shame.

thanks again matey, much appreciated.

best wishes,
matt

BTTT for the poor guy that has to sell it through the Auto Trader. Surely somebody has the money lying under their matress.

I would love to take this car off of your hands Matt, but clearly my disguise didn't fool you (just to let you know, the Groucho Marx outfit cost me a lot of money).
