Si, I don't think muscle is something that will suddenly appear. It does take time and I would have thought it would slowly be put on.

Not kinda skinny one day and huge the next.... You never know tho

Also I'm a skinny git too, been working out for around six months now. No real gains in size but I feel physically stronger.

Just keep at it.

yes you do notice gains fairly quickly, its all dependant on how well your body reacts to them though really. Also, like i said before, its imperative that you keep to a good diet and sleep well to get more from them.

Trouble with these things are, when u come off them you definately drop some muscle size and mass. If you do take them be sure you dont get carried away..... short spells on roids then off them for a few months.

At the end of the day the substances are illegal and i wouldnt like to give you the impression its ok to just take them, i would recommend speaking to your doctor first. They cant stop you taking them, but can give you much better information about the side effects etc....

Just start drinking copious amounts of real ale. After a couple of years you'll be a bloater. Then you can try to convert that weight into muscle, or just be content with the ale, grow a beard and join CAMRA.
