David,

A little Delphi app that sits in the systray and will fire on a configurable timed basis which uses:-

keybd_event(VK_F5, 0, 0, 0);
keybd_event(VK_F5, 0, KEYEVENTF_KEYUP, 0);

well kybd_event is better than sendkeys
theres also sendInput

at least you dont have to do..
Code:
Public Declare Sub keybd_event Lib "user32" Alias "keybd_event" (ByVal bVk As Byte, ByVal bScan As Byte, ByVal dwFlags As Long, ByVal dwExtraInfo As Long)
Anyway thats boring..

Cool October 7th, Scoobymeet at Country Park

Oldfella, glad to hear you're all sorted now, glad to help.

7th October scoobymeet (1st week) is marred by the fact that I'm gigging on that night...at country park.

Tickets are a lady godiva so why don't we leave the cars, all get trashed and wreck the place???
