Mike, Mark, I was close though. Met that many people up at Knockhill it's easy to forget! Can't forget the pax laps in the R32 Skyline GTR though, that was a beast!!!!! Fastest car I've been in EVER and must be one of the fastest in Scotland.

OBVIOUSLY it won't beat the FTO in this thread cause that real fast.....................

Believe it or not I have been in a capri that would kill everthing with 4 wheels and if you have seen some of the old clarkson videos its a dark green one and trashes - 911 turbo, TVR Cerbera, Aston Martin etc as if they were sitting still and no he will not tell anyone whats under the bonnet.

moses - I am indeed You know how good this car is - those who dont disppoint by posting the usual response

Ross9 - spot on comments. It was jovial, but as usual the petted lips all came out In the words of Chewin the fat - 'ya couple a fannies'.

It is IMO the best FTO in the country. At the end of the day it did beat the scoob, fair and square - FACT.

So a heavily modded FTO beat a standard bugeye WRX. Is that what you're saying?

If the NOS-fitted FTO hadn't beaten the Scooby I'd have told your m8 to ask for his money back

It would take a big difference in power to overtake a car on that road if they were both going for it.

I still think a scoob could (even modded) could be whipped by white transit with 3 builders in it at 8.30am

I've never had a scoob, or much at all actually, pass me in the truck at 8am either come to mention it, theres a lot to be said for a determined delivery driver.

That said, theres not many a scoob could pass me in the car either (relax peeps, I'm speaking the truth, but only messing)

Some people just cant be gracious in defeat, and your not even being gracious in someone elses defeat.

I got cuffed, and I mean cuffed, by a Nova the other night, looked like a 1.2, red, black plastic bumpers, set of 15" alloys and an aftermarket back box by the look of it. From 20/30 in 2nd, to 110/120 in 4th, this car took about 4 car lenghts off of me, and mine is hardly sluggish. Did I moan about it, no, I mentione dit on 3 or 4 forums, wanting to know what was in it, and also commending the guy on a job well done, which is what the car is.

Pull your heads out your ***** and give people some respect when it's due, arrogance is a terrible trait to have,

It's hardly nonsense. I'm sure a fair few valid points have been made.

I assume you have to read it as you are a moderator, we're all grown up's here, I'm sure you could skip the topics you have no interest in. If others did this instead of just mindlessly chest beating the thread may have been over and done with a long time ago

It was my car that we are talking about here.I mentioned this to Marky-San who thought that he would have some fun with this.To be honest the Scoob WAS trying but just couldnt get past me.If he had tried from a standing start then the story might be different.I have ploughed loads of money into my car to gain more power but its still not as high as most of the Scoobies on here.I bought my car for its looks and not its power but decided to try and make it a bit better. This thread was meant as a wind up to some of the fellow Scooby net users and thats exactly what has been done.I did not write about my car so dont condem me.I foe one think that i made a good choice of car--Impreza was just too damn ugly for me but it did have the power, to be honest i ut the scooby in the good looking stakes along with the Pulsar...But they arent meant to be good looking cars where mine is but it doesnt have the power.I heard about this board through various sources and to be honest it is very hostile at times.People on here calling other cars Fanny magnets etc, where is the sense in that it just makes others mad and makes them write posts like this and we just go round in circles and no doubt one of you will respond and slag me or my car off but i dont give a **** about that, i know why i bought my car and how much i like it--only would sell for a lovely EVO V or VI....

What did you expect when you gave Marky-San some bate to go lookin specifically to wind someone up

Like Dougster's already said, who cares?

Maybe you should lighten up when some slags off your FTO. If someone rips the pi$$ out me car I couldn't care less.

Unfortunately, some people take it personally and you might as well have said they'd a small d!ck

Time to call a halt to this.

Marky - your car is cool as **** and the amount of show wins your car is getting prove it!! How many Scoobs on here have won car of the show 3 times this year so far.........er none? The people slagging it off, dont know your car - however show them a pic and I bet they've all seen it and loved it.

I posted to find out who the owner was, whilst I admit done with a 'tongue in cheek' element because I knew some would take needless offence and tried to alleviate that element.

I was impressed enough to do so, and take back none of my earlier comments. The dummies were spat by some folks early on and even they realised it was light hearted - others got the right royal hump because someone managed to beat a scoob - I even said it couldve been a sport

Could the owners of the following dummies.............please come and collect them
