Best Album you have ever bought?

Can't do one, so ten it will have to be. And they'd be different next week, depending upon what I unearth in the CD pile.
Logos - Tangerine Dream Recorded on 6th Nov 1992, but I was there at Sheffield City Hall on the 4th, when an alternate take was recorded. Tremendous stuff.
Unknown Pleasures - Joy Division Just awesome, completely different from anything else at the time, and never fails to move me.
Another Music In A Different Kitchen - The Buzzcocks Pop meets punk. Perfect.
Turn on the Bright Lights - Interpol Still new, still being cranked out in the car!
Searching for the Young Soul Rebels - Dexy's Midnight Runners OK, Kevin's a joke now, but at the time ...
Rust Never Sleeps - Neil Young and Crazy Horse As far from Harvest as you could get, this was arguably the first grunge record, and showed that there was life in the old dog. Hats off.
American Recordings 4 - Johnny Cash And it's not just because he passed away last week. Mind you, the Folsom/San Quentin gigs are awesome as well.
Dare - The Human League Couldn't sing, couldn't dance, couldn't play their instruments. Who cares!
Comfort in Sound - Feeder Catharsis.
Who's Next - The Who Pete on top form - Baba O'Reilly may well be the best thing he's ever written

1. Miles Davis - Kind of Blue
2. Faithless - Reverence
3. Guns n Roses - Appetite for Destruction
4. Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
5. Paul Weller - Wild Wood
6. Dire Straits - Alchemy
7. Queen - A Night at the Opera

*really a compilation of soundtrack recordings, but it contains some of the best chillin music I've ever heard
Tiggers, I'd forgotten about purple electric violin concerto, I'd call it plain wierd rather than haunting
Why do you only spot typo's AFTER you post
