So Scooby96 I should be explaining to 6 year old why two men are kissing each other on telly should I? I don't think so somehow 
Oh and to add why do I think this? Because I don't want my son growing up to think its normal for boys to kiss other boys. Its the wrong message to send out. Keep this stuff if it has to be shown on telly to times well after the younger kids have gone to bed. A 6 year old doesn't know about straight sex yet, let alone trying to explain to them why some people have sex with the same sex person and its not for creating babies

It shouldnt be hard to explain a gay kiss to a kid - I agree gay sex would be but I would expect you to censor something like that (the sex that is).

I've seen it once or twice in 30 years. I was just saying its as likely as your kid coming accross it by chance flicking the tv on. How many gay male kisses have I seen on tv - probably 1 or 2.
Each to their own as they're your kids not mine and I respect whichever way you choose to bring your kids up.

There are no issues of choice in your sexuality guys. Nature/God/whoever has already decided the very day you are born.
Two guys kissing is 'difficult' for us older school, but there are far greater issues out there than boys kissing boys. On a global scale it is a non-starter. And also if your lad sees it on TV, whilst YOUR stomach does a somersalt, it probably just washes over him mate. I just get wound up easily by gay exhibitionists in public. I saw one while shopping in Brighton while in HMV with the gf, total utter nutter, long blonde hair and t!ts but a bloke and walking so camp it was ridiculous, plus shouting his head off so everyone would look. I lost my rag big time, saying its bloody disgusting etc etc and the gf was like just ignore him, hes not doing you any harm etc etc. Why is it birds think its fine for a bloke to act like this, I find it totally disturbing someone can demand to be the centre of attention like that in public and make such an exhibition of themselves. What they do in their own homes I really couldn't give a toss (as long as thwere arnt children present) but making a scene in public to get noticed just really gets my back up cos I dont want to know about their disgusting behaviour.

Yes Jason that is totally disturbing and I would have no hesitation in putting a bullet in anyone who attempted to touch my son in that way. I have not clicked on the link as I am at work plus it will wind me up hearing another sick story of some kid being abused. I got wound up just watching that one off Frost when it was on, all about kiddy fiddlers. The gf was like its only a tv programme, the thing is yes it is but it portrays real events that happen in this country and it makes me upset to think of kids being abused. Yes it is good news, and hopefully they will arrest a lot more and lock them up for ever, although if I had my way they would all be killed and taken off this planet for good as they serve no purpose. I wouldn't even use them for testing as I wouldn't want them being of any help to anyone due to what they have done.
However sick it is though it doesn't mean I find one bloke doing another bloke up the ar$e any less disgusting or acceptable behaviour.

Because I dont find it socially acceptable behaviour, its just my opinion, its how I have always felt and can't change that. I just find it offensive that gays do it in public and have to flaunt their sexuality. Some people find smoking unacceptable public behaviour. We all have different opinions on things.

You can change it by ignoring it ... Smoking is not a good example, it could be argued that a smokey environment is detrimental to your health, alot of people do, and that's why they don't like it. The extrovert queen prancing up and down HMV is harming nothing and no one.
