Fooking hell hole if you ask me! We ended up in night club where the Bouncers gave you the once over with a metal detector and there were signs saying 'no guns or bombs' - When you just spent all night putting your best Palestinian Suicide Bomber getup on you just don’t want to be reading that. We were plagued to death by Bulgarian 'Street Urchins' chanting "2000, 2000 anything" and then there were fooking pick pockets! Hopefully most of which will have drowned in the floods.
All the taxis driver’s had hearing problems – you say “Can you take me to my hotel please” they hear ‘Ere pal take us to a fooking brothel and ignore everything I say from now on, cheers’.

Stayed at the Pension 2000 3 min walk from the main square. Very nice inside.
At night you can get hassle. One Tai bird had to be told very persuavely that I didn't want sucky sucky. You seem to get clumps of them.
There are plenty of Police patrols so you feel quite safe really. Most people when you said you weren't interested left you alone.

We did'nt quite grasp the idea of the card and after much arguing and weighing up the option of taking on the bouncer it was decided we should pay up ! I must agree with you that view in front of the stage was splendid.Your mates must have gone into the Darling club over the road on a bad day because we found the girls to be very enthusiastic ! fond memories of leaving there and having to run to get the cab for the airport in tme.Back again in March !!!

Me and the g/f have just booked flights for next January. Not sure where we're stopping yet but it could be the Hilton as the g/f works at the Hilton EMA and gets staff discount.
I've been wanting to go for years and ScoobyJawa's and BuRR's pics confirm what I thought - stunning place.
Reckon I'll need my thermals though

Thermals at the ready, we go next week. And we've got a room at the Hilton with the staff discount. US$51 for the room per night incl. breakfast Real shame the dollar is having a tough time ATM

I went to Prague on my stag do in September and it was fantastic...the women that is! Okay, and the country! A little advice if you are going if you are into brothels then Darling club and Atlas club are probably your thing. This is denoted by the fact that you can pay for a 1 hour lapdance???? If you aren't into that and you just want to go for a normal lapdance (I say normal...but you can touch!!!) or cabaret show then skip all the other cheap clubs and just head straight for Goldfingers club in the square. If you want to go clubbing then near the main bridge as you enter town there is a four/five level club (can't remember the name), but each floor has different music i.e. Techno, RnB, Happy Hardcore blah blah blah.
Finally, a handy tip, for food go to a restaurant just outside of town it is a hell of a lot cheaper, also drink at the restaurant before you head into town. We went to a restaurant called Universal, which was just behind the Opera house. There was 8 of us, we had a 3 course (top quality) meal, 8 rounds of drinks and it all came to under £20 a head!!!

POC you will love it mate... although it will be cold!
I am going over in late Feb and looked up the temperature today, a balmy -2!
I hope you contacted the lovely Kate about the holiday though!
Try to avoid the George and Dragon pub though... full of sterotypical English drinks and the only place you hear shouting and glasses smashing, also the prices are higher!

POC,
It's weird, but there were a lot of women, besides the dancers, in Goldfingers who were watching the cabaret shows as they were quite tasteful. Might even get yer missus in the mood.
