I agree with a few other comments already posted....plenty of people willing to knock these cars down about price but the genuine buyers are still found out of this forum.
Go for the Autotrader.co.uk route with a photo, pay £25 for 3 weeks on the web and one week in the magazine.
Anyway free BTT for a bloody good buy !

I have a man coming down today today from Manchester by train, four hour journey to see the car. Where did he see the details, advertised in a motor trader friend's advert.....
I'm not sure what this tells me really - maybe that many Scoobynetters are really only dreamers, they aren't actually fortunate enough to have the wedge to be able to actually own the things. A shame really, the knowledge on here is quite astounding.

Did the guy from Manchester turn up, I wonder! If I had 9k m8, I'd be turning up! Desperate to STILL get my first scoob, always the cashflow problem @ the wrong time!! Interesting comment about arranging finance though.......... hadn't considered that option for a private sale, only for dealers (and who REALLY wants to end up paying 12-13k for a 10k car, if they don't have to!!) Hope the sale goes well m8, especially after some of the de-constructive comments you've had!!
