and its plenty quick enough for me... and quiet!

can you not just ask for a delay in the trial, past when your points fall off, then you are OK.

Got stopped the other night for 75mph average on a dual cabbage way. (70 limit before anyone asks) I was followed for 2 miles. No I wasn't doing 90 and then slowed down to 40......before anyone says/asks etc. I was driving at a nice steady speed.

"I assume you'll take the fixed penalty notice" was what I was asked....

I turned them down, and said I'd rather go to court, pay a higher fine, risk more points just for the principal of it.

They didn't appear to like that. No idea why.

How long do these things take to process, and when can I expect my court apperance?

I don't intend to appeal, or anything like that, I'll just admit it and let them get on with it.

difficult to say dude - they have taken 5 months to get me into court, have delayed and delayed till I daren't take it any further, hence I am in next week.


Car has a full decat with a scoobysport (1 silencer - sound unreal and spits flames occasionallly), hks air filter and a modified ECU, can beat a standard sti on the strip without much of a problem
