Ipski - close but no cigar! I use one near the office in the City and it is tot-mungus mate. Fully recommend a trip there!

Incidentally, my girlfriend wanted to do some salsa classes at Pineapple and they sent her a list of courses. I was amazed to see that you can get a certification in Pole Dancing!!! Where all the other classes suggest "comfortable gym orientated clothing and training shoes" the pole dancing classes stipulate bikini and high heels. All the other classes allow guests to view the action but not the pole dancing for some reason.

Scoobyloo; after you've been a couple of times you will look forward to going; assuming that you go to the gym that I think; I'd recommend Boxfit with Herol Graham. I'd keep away from Niche if I were you because it's a sh1te-hole, but Bed is OK, I'm not sure about Gatecrasher any more; perhaps you could just speed it off?

Went last night, booked in for another class in Friday

I like niche, it is a bit of a dump but the music is good. When I go I don't take anything apart from large amounts of alcohol So getting weight off any other way is a no no
