Ignore [AutoPlonka] powerman, the vast majority of sensible people appreciate that getting caught for speeding is just another tax on the motorist, and it is unlucky.

Personally I think this is just the place to air your views as it raises peoples awareness as to how people feel in general, not just sitting there "taking it like a man"

I had just the same argument recently with a LibDem councillor, spurting quite the same drivel, and you'll pleased to here he received his first NIP on Sunday for doing 86 in a 70, he has absolutely no idea how it happened, and swears he stuck to the speed limit, and he has been contacting all and sundry querying speed measuring devices etc etc etc etc.....

36 in a 30 is NOT a crime, stealing is a crime, killing someone is a crime, and the sooner the powers that be realise this the better we'll all be for it!

Up the revolution

I'm not necessarily arguing about the danger or lack of, my point is there's a posted limited. If you go over it that's against the law. Everyone knows that. If you get caught tough, you knew the penalty before you went over the limit why complain about it afterwards. I've been done twice in 20 years... both fair cops.. I wasn't unlucky I was speeding..

As for not being able to keep to thirty.. Well to be honest never heard anything so daft in my life.. It's the right pedal.. and that lever to your left..

Realistically 60 notes is a tank and a half of fuel, it hardly amounts to deportation to the colonies and should serve as a reminder that the limits are enforceable.

weather was sunny
Well that's alright then - feel free to speed @155mph+

ROFL

cracking

p.s. I break the speed limit every day, usually just as I get off my driveway - sometimes in reverse..
