Puff

Tweenierob is organising the sensor and cable but i need to arrange the final cost and delivery with him. I'll prolly buy these in one go and everyone can purchase them from me. More news on this to follow when rob has called me back I'm hoping for £33.00 purchase price from me including delivery

The knocklink price looks certain to be £78.00 inc delivery. The beauty of this is that all you will have to do is supply me with name & address via mail (NOT YET THOUGH)and i will forward this on in one list to the supplier who will check off names and addresses and give the offer price.

So Total price including ALL delivery charges etc is NO MORE THAN £111.00

I am trying to better this as we speak so the more the merrier chaps

If anyone has any more Q's please post below

Pete

Edited to say that this is approx. £20.00 saving on a very good price ie 15%

What a great job you are doing - thanks a lot!

How easy are these to fit do you know?Oh , and this may be a dumb question but is there only one type of knock link?!?!?

Cheers

John.

Thanks for the kind words guy's (save it until it goes through !)

Seriously though it is appreciated

P1Jon

Link for fitting HERE

I am aware of a few Knocklink's around but the one shown above in the link is by far the most popular and wide spread. the bosch sensor and cable are really the standard although i think it possible to "make your own" or source a none specific one.

I'm sure someone will correct me coz i'm not a spanner head

Pete

Weava

I am going to extend the LEDs & stick them on the bottom (LHS) of the instrument binacle, in the black plastic surround (but facing upwards not outwards) & hide the gubbins under the dash someplace.

In that way, I'll have a little row of LEDs at the bottom of my vision, at an angle away, so least "moving" interference on a day to day basis, but still visible if it slips towards knock

(Or thats my theory)

you'll need an M8x30mm bolt too ( for mounting the sensor )

Try and get it before you rip the intercooler off
