I think the price isn't too bad to be honest. I bought a totally standard MY02 (52 plate - 13/12/02) with 4,500 on the clock in May for £15k from a dealer. I have added Tracker, indicator mods and am pricing up the Morettes and sideskirts at the moment.
With the addition of the spoiler and wheels I think your starting price ain't far off....
