STOP PRESS------------
The next meet is provisionally booked for Jan 11th 2004. I am waiting for the tunnelmeister to get back to me with regards to a different location, although its on the same road and should only be a minute away from the duke which wasen't as quiet or private as anticipated so should be no trouble to find.
CRAFT is contacting Lordharding with a view to a Cumbran invasion were we will meet up with the Cumbrian Scoobs.
I am working on a recruitment flyer and once completed will be mailed to all, you can then print it off yourself and stick them under wipers of Scoobs you come across.
Scooby Towers is contacting a friend with regards to getting discounted tyres for us.
Tripple X is butchering the member card that was shown at the meet and when completed i will get some window stickers in the same format like the scoobynet ones made up and distribute them at the next meet.
Regards
Trev

Trev or should that be Mr Chairman
,
I contacted my mate. For the time being, if there are any peeps interested in a price for tyres, please contact myself via E mail - I'll get the price and return the E mail.
JFI - He's based in Accrington and can supply, fit, & balance any make of tyre.
I'm off work this week (works E mail address) but will reply to anyone who's interested on my return (8th Dec).
Chris.

Spoke to Steve (Tunnel) about this today, so count me in, being in Barrowford makes it quite handy for me.
Will bring the Mi16 over for its inaugural meet in Jan.

hello chaps,
good to speak with you Simon (Dream Weaver) and thanks for your offer of help regarding Logo, Webpage etc.
As I mentioned to TREV, it may be a good idea to get samples of the various items in ie. flyer's, membership cards to you asap. This way we can have a more 'corporate' feel to whatever we publish by maintaining the same logo's/style throughout. We don't really want to have different designs for different items.
I know its a pain but I reckon its best to sort it now, as we grow and develop more material it would be a big job later.
What do you think?
Just my 2p guy's!
edited to add: TREV, fancy posting/emailing a list of names with netnames of the 'members' so far? Also re: venue, been away, should speak tomorrow.
Steve.

Hi All
Tripple X has done a great job with the members card, very
professional ( far better than my meagre attempt ), anyone wanting to view it mail John direct and i'm sure he will be happy to show his handywork. ( Well done john ). Flyer seems to have gone down o.k with everyone, so i will check my spelling and mail it to all for you to print off at your leisure.
Great to have Dream Weaver on board with regards to possibly having a website in such a short time.
Thanks to everyone for their quick responses and to people like Tripple X and Tunnelmeister who have taken time out to help get things sorted.
Regards
